Theresa Harris has over 25 years of experience in IT sales, sales management, and professional services. She worked with companies such as Oracle, Blackwell Consulting Services of Ohio, LLC, Compuware, Computer Associates, Digital Equipment Corporation, Unisys, and Xerox.
Mrs. Harris is a 2014 scholarship recipient for the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth Executive Education Program. She was also selected by the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council in 2014 to participate in the Inaugural Class of the MBE Academy.
Mrs. Harris is active in her community, serving on the Board of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and the COSI community board.
Leonard Bethea boasts an 18+ year career in IT management, backed by a bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of Southern Florida and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida State University. Specializing in team management and project evaluation, he brings expertise in current technology trends and analytical prowess to drive business growth. As an esteemed IT consultant, Leonard excels in strategic planning and communication, earning trust as a project manager and evaluator for organizations across public and private sectors.
Rhonda Talford Knight is an experienced Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer with a demonstrated history of working in DEI for 25 years, developing and implementing DEI strategy, driving results in recruitment and retention, establishing and exceeding Supplier Diversity goals while supporting ESG reporting. As part of the Executive Team, Rhonda works closely with all leaders to integrate the DEI strategy. Trained with a global business lens and skilled in DEI metrics, recruitment & retention, resource groups, and Supplier Diversity, she uses problem-solving and effective communication skills to coach and move people. She is a strong business development professional with the ability to build meaningful relationships across an organization with a commitment to organizational growth and change management.
